I'm a Therapist

As therapists we know that having a support network around us is vital to the work we do. Often in private practice we work alone and the only contact we have with other therapists is our supervisor and people we meet on CPD training. We recognise the need for quality support for therapists as well as clients and have developed a programme of support to help you to be the best therapist you can be.

We offer the following to Counsellors, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists:

Clinical Supervision

Rebecca Fox our qualified clinical supervisor offers clinical supervision to both students and qualified therapists. This can be face to face at our Welwyn Garden City centre, or online whichever suits your needs.

Having worked as a private therapist for many years Rebecca is well aware of the difficulties of managing, building and maintaining a business whilst balancing this with the integrity of counselling. She will mentor you in building your business, networking with other professionals, enable you to work on your own goals and how to achieve them whilst being the best therapist you can possibly be. Rebecca has built up a strong network of support and works alongside colleagues to ensure that you get the support you need and deserve to build your business.

Depending on your needs - contact Rebecca to book a complimentary clarity call to discover whether she is the best mentor for you. Rebecca can be booked by the hour, you may find that a 1 hour session is enough, or you may decide on ongoing mentoring, Rebecca will work flexibly with you to reach your goals.

Peer Group

4 years ago Rebecca identified a need to work alongside other therapists in order to share experiences and knowledge and find the support of her colleagues. She set up Hertfordshire Therapists peer group which has met monthly since April 2012. The group runs for 2 hours and the time is split between peer supervision - discussing ethical dilemmas and any issues that are brought to the group, followed by a presentation from a group member. The group has grown in popularity and in 2017 a second group was launched in order to accommodate all who wish to partake.
You can join the group as a paid member which means that all meets are then free of charge, you will be invited to join our therapists directory free of charge and receive a discount on any CPD days offered. If this isn't for you, you are welcome to join us on a pay as you go basis.
